Yes, we accept pets. Cats and small dogs are welcome. We also have a few units that allow larger dogs. All members of your family, even your furry companions, can therefore live under the same roof without any problem.

If the unit you want is available, you can move in right away. If you know in advance the date on which you will need the unit, contact us as soon as possible so that we can coordinate the short-term rental contract.

To rent temporary housing (31 days or more) or to extend your stay by the day, the week or the month, you must call a Kondo rental advisor. Once you have made your choice, a contract will be sent to you by email. You only need to sign it electronically and return the document to us. We will then carry out a credit check.

You must take out liability insurance, which is automatically included in your policy if you have home insurance.

To deliver a mini house to an environment without access to sanitary services, we offer mini houses that can be supplied by factory trailers. These trailers are designed to provide complete autonomy. They include incineration equipment for wastewater, a complete water management system and an energy regeneration device. This lets you set up your mini house even in remote places such as the middle of a forest, while keeping a high level of autonomy and comfort.

Unlimited high-speed Internet, cable, electricity, heating, lighting and air conditioning are also included in your temporary rental.
